Privacy
Your information, handled with care.
West Solace Group is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every client, advisor and visitor that interacts with our platform.
Our commitment
Information shared with West Solace Group, whether personal, corporate or operational, is treated as confidential. We will not sell, rent or otherwise misuse the information you entrust to us, and we will not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the service you have requested or where compelled to do so by law.
What we collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform: account and contact details, entity and governance records you choose to store, communications between clients and advisors, and standard technical data needed to keep the service secure and available.
How we use it
Your information is used to provide, maintain and improve the platform, to enable the workflows and advisor coordination you initiate, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. It is not used for unrelated marketing, profiling or resale.
Legal compliance
We operate in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in each jurisdiction in which we offer the service, and equivalent local frameworks. Where local rules grant you specific rights, such as the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal data, we will honour those rights in line with the law that applies to you.
GDPR readiness
West Solace Group is built to be ready for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is processed on a clear legal basis, scoped to the purpose for which it was collected, and retained only for as long as that purpose requires. Clients and advisors based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other GDPR aligned jurisdictions can exercise their data subject rights, including access, rectification, restriction, portability and erasure, by contacting us through the channels listed below. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms and apply appropriate safeguards to maintain an equivalent level of protection.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Access to client information is scoped to the people and advisors the client has explicitly authorised.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
